Our organization is affiliated to SGR. All the published holidays sold by our Dutch brand names (excluding regular scheduled airline services not sold as part of a package deal) are covered by the SGR guarantee. The SGR guarantee ensures that consumers receive full restitution of their pre-paid holiday in the event that the provider is unable to fulfil its agreed obligations due to financial insolvency. Our organization is affiliated to the ANVR (Dutch Travel Company Association) and the Association of ANVR Travel Organizers. This association applies strict standards for membership and promotes quality of travel and travel information. Our organization is affiliated with the Calamiteitenfonds Travel Association.
All holidays published are subject to guarantees from Calamiteitenfonds Travel Association. This guarantee provides consumers participating in our organized holidays with the following:
- restitution of all, or part of the costs in the event that a holiday cannot be taken, or only partly taken, due to a disaster
- compensation for any additional costs incurred as a result of revised holiday arrangements due to a disaster, or if the consumer needs to be prematurely repatriated.

Thuiswinkel Waarborg
The Thuiswinkel Waarborg is a guarantee provided by the Consumer Protection Association to consumers purchasing products and/or services by catalogue, internet, post, television, etc.
The Dutch Home Shopping Organization (Thuiswinkel.org) is a trade association of companies that issue and monitor the home shopping guarantee.
Trade association members do business in accordance with the Thusiwinkel Waarborg code of conduct. This code of conduct includes compliance with European and Dutch regulations and directives, binding terms and conditions, and adequate arbitration in the event of disputes.
